Undercover Cops Dress As Clowns To Catch Suspects | Cops | Real Responders

Officers set up a sting operation and go undercover as Coco The Clown to catch suspects soliciting and paying for sex. The disguise works and the undercover cops are able to catch multiple suspects. Elsewhere officers patrol the parade and deal with disruptive members of the public.

Real-life officers are followed by a camera crew, cinéma-vérité style, in a gritty up-close look at police work and the consequences of crime. It spawned a number of police-reality imitators.
