Major flooding hits parts of south Florida as wet weather brings heavy rain

Flash flooding hit parts of south Florida for the third straight day. Some areas have almost ten inches of rain. Weather officials say a strong high pressure to the north combined with a stalled front created a conveyer belt for showers and storms to push inland from the Atlantic.
