Ingredients

Base:
1 cup (2 sticks) salted butter
1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1 1/3 cups sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon vanilla

Topping:
1 cup semisweet chocolate chunks
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
2 cups boiling water
Cookies and cream ice cream, for serving

Directions

For the base: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Add the butter to a 9-by-13-inch baking dish and place in the oven while it preheats and melts.

Mix the flour, sugar and cocoa powder in a bowl. Mix in the buttermilk and vanilla until a batter forms. Spoon the batter around the baking dish over the melted butter.

For the topping: Top with the chocolate chunks, sugar and cocoa powder. Pour over the boiling water and, without stirring, bake until a nice crust forms, 40 to 45 minutes. Serve warm with cookies and cream ice cream.

Priming is the perfect way to set yourself up for whatever your day will bring. In just 15 minutes, this visualization meditation exercise establishes a foundation of gratitude for everything that has guided you to this moment. It opens a feeling of thankfulness for the opportunity to start fresh every day. It has the ability to boost your brain function, feed your soul and ready your mind for the day ahead.

With continuous practice, priming will keep you feeling focused, energized, creative and connected throughout your day. It prepares you for the opportunity to start each day with a fresh and renewed perspective.

To start your priming exercise, sit in a chair in a quiet place. With your spine straight and your feet flat on the floor, shift your shoulders back, your chest up and hold your neck and head up tall.

Once you’re settled, do a breathing exercise of three sets of 30 breaths, pausing between each set. As you breathe, practice gratitude by thinking of three people, experiences or gifts that you are grateful for. Call to mind people or events that fill you up with joy, appreciation and love.

As you’re thinking of these things, visualize light flooding down on you and filling your mind and body. Let the light heal your thoughts and emotions. Once you are full of light, share it. Send the healing energy out into the world. Use it to thank, appreciate, support and connect with others.

Finally, celebrate yourself. Focus on three goals you want to achieve. Picture yourself on the other side of your achievement. Celebrate the feeling of victory.

This video is a full business documentary on Microsoft, Bill Gates, and Paul Allen. It features a lot of archive footage of the early days at microsoft, a lot of old interviews with bill gates, as well as displaying old microsoft products.

One of my favorite things about making this video was actually going through old microsoft footage and finding the first windows operating system (windows 1.0), the first MS-Dos footage, Windows 95 footage and commercials, etc.

But ya, this was a pretty full-on business documentary...but because Microsoft is a trillion dollar company with a lot of history, I obviously couldn't get into a lot of topics that i wanted to talk about.

For example, I wanted to talk about the relationship between Microsoft and Apple a lot more. I wanted to mention Steve Ballmer an Ric Weilands importance to the company. I wanted to talk about what happened to Kent Evans (he unfortunately passed away as a teenager). I wanted to talk about microsofts other investments and their future going ahead with Satya Nadella. I also wanted to dive into bill gates history and biography, but there was just no time for any of that. Most of these could be separate documentaries in themselves.

This video is about the lakeside computer club. And how a group of teenagers in seattle took over the computer industry, the operating system industry, and the internet browser industry. They also took a giant chunk out of other business fields as well like the gaming industry with xbox and mojang/minecraft, the movie industry with dreamworks, the travel industry with expedia, the social networking industry with linkedin, video calling with skype...etc.
