Potluck Dishes in Under 45 Minutes | Top Chef: Colorado

A potluck challenge gives this new round of chefs the opportunity to tell the judges who they are through their cuisine choices.

From Season 15, Episode 1: A diverse group of chefs must make a potluck dish to introduce themselves to the judges; the chefs also prepare their take on a meat-and-potatoes dish for a block party with 200 diners and Denver's biggest culinary names.


Top Chef is an American reality competition television series which premiered on Bravo on March 8, 2006. The show features chefs competing against each other in culinary challenges. The contestants are judged by a panel of professional chefs and other notables from the food and wine industry, with one or more contestants eliminated in each episode.
