Jimmy got a text from his mom saying that his aunt Chippy was denied the use of her Jack in the Box gift certificate which made her very angry because she's their "best egg roll customer." So she called and left a message for the manager to express her displeasure, but the manager never called her back. So naturally Jimmy decided that he should return the call himself.
