Flash flooding hit parts of south Florida for the third straight day. Some areas have almost ten inches of rain. Weather officials say a strong high pressure to the north combined with a stalled front created a conveyer belt for showers and storms to push inland from the Atlantic.

Louisville police have released body camera footage of officers responding to a mass shooting at bank and killing the suspect.
Connor Sturgeon, the Old National Bank employee who opened fire at his Louisville workplace targeted people he knew with a rifle that was bought legally a week earlier, police said.
Body camera footage shows the suspect attack officers, before being shot and killed by police arriving on scene.
