In this Pride Month, the Supreme Court’s ruling that protects the LGBTQ community from workplace discrimination was cause for celebration during an otherwise turbulent time in our country’s history. As we have done for 41 years here at GMCLA, we honor civil rights victories by singing.
I GOT YOU BABE is one of the songs we had planned to sing at our spring concerts in April. In this new virtual chorus rendition by members of GMCLA, the song takes on a meaning that seems very right for our times. We are all in this together. A huge thanks go to the Schmitt-Young group at Morgan Stanley for supporting GMCLA in this endeavor.
